The villa has an authentic Spanish feel both inside and out and is situated in its own private grounds of approximately 900 sq meters, which are gated and extremely private, although beyond this the property is nestled amongst a small residential community where the warmth of the local people is quickly evident. It has three bedrooms, the master containing a double bed and en suite whilst the two further bedrooms contain two twin beds. The main bathroom is extremely spacious and contains everything one would expect in a modern bathroom, (as does the en suite.).
The kitchen is fully fitted and is well equipped to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. On your arrival you will notice that a complimentary welcome grocery pack has been provided for your use.
The dining room is situated at the front of the house within an extremely ambient and romantic setting where candlelit dinners are a must! The double glazed arched doors within this room can be opened to give an al fresco feeling however if you choose otherwise the rear veranda can be used to eat in the open air whilst you overlook the garden, swimming pool and palm trees. Depending on the time of year lemons are present on the property’s trees which are for the pleasure of guests. During the day time this veranda can be used to take shelter from the midday sun by using the large roller canopies which are present and easily managed.
The large living room is a perfect setting for family evenings with the air conditioning adding to your overall comfort. There is a beautiful feature fireplace and various entertainment systems to provide further relaxation during the perfect holiday.
The luxury swimming pool which measures approximately 30’ by 20’ is well maintained and is properly filtered. Both the swimming pool and garden are south facing thereby enjoying sunshine throughout the day.
 

Should you be able to drag yourself away from the poolside and the relaxed atmosphere around the villa you will be enchanted by the surrounding area which is authentically Spanish and awash with orange groves and rustic scenery. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance of the property however access to a car is advised as the main shops and restaurants are located in the town of Monserrat 3.5km away. The town itself has several bars and restaurants which provide excellent quality food from a large variety of traditional dishes. I would personally recommend La Barbacoa, and particularly El Torraor, all of which are located close to the Consum supermarket. During the summer months the late evening festivities in the town are plenty and varied predominantly catering for families. Should you wish to venture further you can visit Valencia, Spain’s third largest city. It can be reached by car or via the metro from Piccasent which is a 15min drive from the villa. Single fare to the city is one euro.
The city combines the modern with the old and has an abundance of exquisite architecture and culture around every corner, from la Malverossa, the seafront promenade with an abundance of traditional restaurants that overlook the magnificent white sandy beaches of the Mediterranean, to the old town, which by day, with its narrow streets and typically Moroccan architectural influence is a sight seeing must, yet by night these streets transform into a vibrant oasis brought to life by numerous bars, musicians and outdoor performers giving the area a distinctly bohemian feel. Check out the modern science museum, art gallery, and planetarium and particularly L’oceanografic, Europe’s largest aquarium. Why not visit the coast at Cullera, accessed 40 min away by the costal A7 motorway, where you will find beautiful unspoilt white sandy beaches. Alternatively you can spend the day trying out the rides at the impressive Cullera water theme park with the kids. Closer to the city is Albuferia Nature park and lake which is a haven of beauty and tranquillity although should you fancy something different try the annual tomato throwing festival in the town of Bunol every August. There are numerous festivals throughout the year from the internationally renowned las Fallas in March to the 9th October which is the annual celebration of the Valencian community.

If you like sailing take a look at the yacht harbours in Valencia or visit during the Americas Cup when it arrives again in summer 2009. If its motorsport you prefer then visit the first ever Formula 1 circut to go through Valencia city in 2008 or if its superbikes then visit the purpose built circut in Cheste (20 mins away) for year long fixtures of world superbikes and moto GP race days

Follow in Sergio Garcia’s footsteps -- this is where it all started. Located only 6 kilometres from the sea in a valley amidst the mountains, the fairways are lined with olive trees, carob trees and pines. The course is varied and pleasant and the greens challenging. Designed by Ramon Espinosa and opened in 1978.

Whether it’s watching the bulls running in the town square in August or lazing by the poolside sampling the local Rioja, there is something for everyone………plan well ahead so as not to miss anything.

On your arrival the Villa will be clean with bed linen and towels provided, however you will need to supply your own pool/beach towels.
Once booked you will recieve detailed directions to the villa including maps, details of our meet and greet services and an emergency contact number for our representative in Spain.  

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, vinyl records, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
