This spacious Spanish villa, set within a small farming community in the centre of the orange groves. 8 minutes from the bustling town of Lliria. 20 minutes from the cosmopoliton city of Valencia.

With 4 bedrooms, the Casa will comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

The spacious and comfortable lounge opens on to a terrace shaded with vines and jasmine. There is a fully equiped kitchen with microwave, and a large fridge/ freezer. The water is of excellent quality and safe to drink. Next to the kitchen is a dining room with seating for 6 and a high chair. Separate WC downstairs.

Upstairs comprises of 2 double and 2 single bedrooms, one with a sun terrace. Also upstairs there is a WC and shower room. All bedrooms are provided with mosquito nets and have basins with cold water. There is a 2nd upstairs sun terrace.

The front door opens onto a shaded patio with tables and chairs. Early risers can see the sunrise while you eat breakfast! A selection of outdoor games is provided. The house is surrounded by large secluded gardens filled with fruit trees and flowers. There is a sun terrace close to the pool and barbeque, ideal for relaxing and sunbathing.

We provide bed linen and indoor towels. Also bath sheets for around the pool and the beach.

Attached to the main villa, the owners have their own self-contained apartment that they occasionally use.

It is essential that you hire a car for a stay at this property to fully appreciate the surrounding countryside and ameneties

Valencia City
A modern, bustling port divides the sea front of Valencia into two main sections. To the north lies an attractive promenade along the most urban and popular beaches: Malvarrosa, Cabañal and Las Arenas. The beach itself has full facilities in addition to the wide range of bars, restaurants and leisure activities which transform the area into a hive of activity 24 hours a day in the hottest months. To the south lies Pinedo, a quiet beach leading onto the beautiful, fine sand beaches of El Saler and Devesa, sheltered from westerly winds by a strip of sand dunes and pine trees. They also have the great advantage of being situated in the Albufera Nature Reserve, one of the finest natural settings along this coastline. Besides swimming and sunbathing, the beaches in Valencia are the scene of a great variety of activities. Its 15 km of beach are ideal for windsurfing, sailing and dinghy sailing in the yacht club.
