Location
Le Balcon is 1.5km from the centre of Bargemon, a 15 min walk,which is a charming medieval hill village. There are shops,bars and several restuarants plus an auberge.Nice & St Tropez are 1hrs drive and all the coast between at 45 mins.The famous Gorges du Verdon is 45 mins as is the St Endreol golf course.
Swimming Pool
There is a swiming pool on one of the terraces that may sometimes be used by the owners.The apartment is set on the lower ground floor of our villa and is set among terraced olive trees. The pool is in use from mid May to the end of September.
