Welcome to our new villa of 400 m2 total area and 1000 m2 court with ray-grass, pool and outdoor structure with barbeque, located in sea-resort Bqla, 25 minutes south from the center of Varna , the sea-capital of Bulgaria and also close to other world famous resorts like Sunny beach, Nessebar and Obzor. The villa is situated in a very calm and relaxing area, with incredible sea-view, only 200 meters from the Black Sea coast and the sandy beach.
Our villa is luxury furnished. Lounge (60 m2), large dining-room with fireplace, big and modern completely furnished kitchen, 2 cosy double bed rooms, 2 cosy triple bedrooms /all with terraces/, a room for relax, 3 bathrooms.

All the premises are air conditioned.

Outside on the court, you can find a nice wooden summer-house with barbeque and table with chairs for your party dinner. Here in the beautiful garden, also are: a sectional pool, flowers area, chaise-longues with sun-umbrellas, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful sea panorama, or make a perfect tan on your body.

Around the villa you can find long sandy beaches, water attractions, a vinery with best wine in Bulgaria, shops, restaurants, walking areas, yacht-port (where you can fish or buy fresh fish, there is also a fish restaurant here), and other facilities.

In this part of the bulgarian black sea coast and within minutes driving from the villa you can visit : two aqua-parks, the largest disco club "Space" , dolphinarium of Varna, ancient city of Nessebar and so much more...

There is minibus service for excursion and trips specially for the guests of the villa.

The villa is luxury furnished. Lounge (60 m2), large dining-room with fireplace, big and modern completely furnished kitchen, 2 cosy double bedrooms,2 cosy triple bedrooms, a room for relax, 3 bathrooms, yard with sectional pool and sommer-house with barbeque. All the premises are air conditioned.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the lounge. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

Pets are welcome
We accept not big, calm and friendly pets, which also can live in the garden during your holiday.

It is suitable for desabled people, if it is not a problem that the road is with slight declivity. 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a summer house, a south facing patio area, a east facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, fishing, walking, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find scuba diving, a themepark.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find ...nothing specified.

The resorts Sunny beach,Nessebar and Obzor are only 20 min away from the villa.

Andy says: "We have just returned from an excellent holiday in Biala. The house is beautiful, well-located, and was perfect for our needs. Our party included a 6 month old baby, and there were no problems in that regard either (the owners had even located a cot for her to sleep in). The owners are a wonderful couple who were exremely welcoming and friendly. Biala is a small uncrowded village, with very noce big empty sandy beaches, within easy reach of the villa. It's close to the bigger resort of Obzor. Having driven around the coast a little on our stay, I believe we were staying in the nicest part of the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast. I would recommend this place to anyone - we are already planning how to go back next year."
