The complex is about 3.5 km away from the St. Constantine and Elena Resort Complex in Vinitza residential area in the town of Varna. Each of the vacation houses has area of about 150 square meters and comprises a sitting room section with a kitchen, a dining corner and a recreation corner in an inglenook. The two bedrooms of 25 square meters each, with closets, are upstairs. The bedrooms open into balconies bathing in the sun and overlooking the sea. Each bedroom has its own bathroom; one of them is with a bath, and the other with a shower. There is also a guest waterloo. The furnishing aims at luxury and nevertheless the interior design follows the ultimate objective of style, comfort and coziness where each detail has been made with love to the last touch.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double and 2 cots. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the in the living room/ no AC. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 7 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: Quiet location, beautiful garden and views. Close to St Constantine & Helena beach - one of the best on the Black Sea Coast. Owners very friendly and make you feel at home straight away. Will do anything to help. Restaurant serves good food - just about anything you want - and at good prices. Having someone do breakfast on a villa holiday is a real win - pancakes, cereals, toast, omelettes, tea/coffee, juice etc etc - whatever we ordered came to less than £3 per head. Villas are large and clean. Just opened when we stayed so some items missing from kitchen but whatever we asked for we got. Overall very relaxing - great location and excellent value for money.
