October 2004-We have purchased this beautiful, stone featured villa in celebration of our Silver Wedding and look forward to many family holidays there. The building is finished, but the pool will not get started until after Christmas, when we will be there to furnish the place. So everything will be new for rental from May 2005.
 

-We have just returned from Bulgaria, where we spent a week shopping for furniture and a kitchen. It is all ordered now and we look forward to seeing everything in place when we return for our next visit. The villa will be furnished in pine throughout, featuring a table(s) of my own design! It can be 2 tables- a circular (for the small lounge) and an oblong, the whole lot can fix together to make a large oblong. We have been talking to the builder about the pool, he can start as soon as the weather gets warmer. We are looking at a 7m x 3m tiled pool with underwater lighting.
-The furniture has been delivered and the swimming pool has a compltion date of 16 April 2005- our next visit, which I am really looking forward to. Our agent in Varna has appointed a house keeper and a gardener/handyman. We have a contact for car hire at very competative rates.
 

-Here for just a week, daughter was here in May and son was here last week. My wife and I were out in January and April, when we got all the furniiture and fittings sorted. The pool is finished, it is 7m.x 3.5m. and looks great. My friend and I are building a wooden deck along the far side and end, stepping down to the bar-b-que area. there is a very large patio between the villa and the pool. The first tenants come in next week. 

The 'Teens-den' is a detched bedroom with its own TV, DVD and shower/WC. It is a three-bedded room and is ideal for 3 teenagers 'too old' to be with the family! The main house has 3 double bedrooms and a 3-bedded room. There is a double sofa-bed in the lounge. The villa is furnished in pine throughout and features some genuine stone walls, inside and out plus a large stone open fire place. The main lounge has two very large picture windows looking out to the garden and pool, then over Varna to the Black Sea.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 14 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 14 in the living room and 14 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking villa

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a summer house, a south facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find fishing, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, sailing, wind surfing, walking, a sports center, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas.
