This large village house is situated in its own 1500 square metre garden with walnut, peach, plum and pear trees providing shady spots for relaxation. It is at the upper end of Gostilitsa village with sweeping views from every room across the valley, encompassing the Shipka Pass, Buzludzha Monument and Mount Botev, the highest peak in the Balkan Range. Spacious, light and airy, with varnished wooden floors throughout, the house has the advantage of its own 8m x 4m x 1.4m swimming pool surrounded by extensive terracing, ideal for sunbathing, drinks at sunset and star-watching at night. The house offers simple, comfortable accommodation in a quiet, peaceful setting for get-away-from-it-all holidays, but is within easy reach of several large towns. 

Gostilitsa is a big village with a number of shops selling groceries, two bars, a post office and restaurant. The village is well situated for trips to Dryanovo Monastery and Museum, Batcho Kiro caves and the towns of Gabrovo, Sevlievo and the mediaeval capital of Veliko Tarnovo. The local area offers opportunities for hill walking, horse-riding (with tuition), fishing, climbing and mountain-biking and within easy driving distance are numerous beauty spots including areas of natural rock pools and waterfalls. 

The Villa comprises of three bedrooms one large double and two twin, all with stunning views. The master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling with exposed oak beams, floor to ceiling windows and balcony.

A log burning stove provides central heating (firewood provided by the owners).

The swimming pool has a uniform depth of 1.4 metres and is unfenced. 

The village house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The village house has 1 bathrooms for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The village house has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
