Situared on the outskirts of the historic medieval village of Bazoges en Pareds, we are delighted to offer for holiday rental our spacious three bedroomed family home with large sunny garden and luxurious swimming pool and terrace.
A large and well equipped kitchen, spacious lounge and three bedrooms that can accomodated up to seven or eight people make our house the ideal place to enjoy the warm climate of the Western Loire and explore the many fabulous tourist attraction in the area.
Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the third has a single and bunkbeds. A zed bed is also available if required. There is a large family bathroom upstairs and a wc/cloakroom downstairs.

We are located in a quiet rural area but you may hear occasional noise as it is a farming area with occasional machinery noise. 

We are situated one kilometre from the historic and beautiful medieval village of Bazoges n Pareds. The village has a boulangerie, epicerie, bar and well regarded restaurant amonst other facilities and is dominated by the 12th century castle. We are less than an hour from the coast and the fantastic Atlantic coastline but far enough away from the tourist 'strip' for you to experience the real essence of France. There are numerous worthwhile tourist attractions witin an easy drive through the beautiful countryside of the Vendée 'bocage' and we are sure that you will find this corner of France ideal for a classic French holiday. 

There are two properties on the site and your hosts live in the second property which is well away from the main house. However, you will share the driveway and access with them but you will have sole use of the garden and the swimming pool during your stay at the cottage.

The cottage comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 8 people.

The cottage has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The cottage has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Pets are very welcome and owners should keep them under control.

The cottage is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The cottage is right beside swimming, walking, cycling.

Close to the cottage you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, fishing, horse riding, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the cottage you will find flying, golf.

go-karting, paintball, adventure forest, kayaking, bungee jumping, steam train, archery etc

Puy du Fou, one of the biggest tourist attractions in France is 15 minutes away

Ciaran says: "Last summer was our second time in this property. As previously, the cottage was pristine and welcoming. It is a large, bright and airy property with all the comforts. The kitchen has all the equipment you require and the sitting area is particularly comfortable. The upstairs comprises three large, bright bedrooms and a very large, and spotlessly clean bathroom. The private swimming pool is especially gratifying, especially for children. The owners, who live nearby, are unobtrusive, but very helpful and informative if required. I would highly recommend the cottage and I hope to return again myself in Summer 2008. "
