Situated in a central but quite area, is close to one of the most important Venetian square and 10 minutes from St.Mark's square. its perfect location allows you to reach Lido di Venezia to get a swim , ride, bick or playing tennis or golf in less than 30 minutes. at the same time, you are 1 minute from the boat stops bringing you to visit the norther lagoon with its famous Torcello, Murano or Burano islands.In 30 minutes you also reach M.Polo airport with the Alilaguna Boat ( airport shuttle:the quickest and cheapest way to reach it). in a world: a very clever spot!

Richard says: "The apartment was very well situated in a residential area far enough away from the main tourist spots for you to feel like you were living in the real Venice but close enough (5-10 minutes walk) from St Marks & Rialto to not in any way be disadvantaged.
We were met by the owner from the boat stop and escorted to the property, which was great, and we found it to come up to our expectations. Its not a huge apartment – but then that’s not what is being advertised and it is value for money compared to other apartments that we looked at when searching.
The bed was comfortable and the sofa bed adequate for 2 kids (13/11). The kitchen area was fine and well equipped and the dishawasher was a real bonus – who wants to wash up on holiday??.
Nearby – a great little shop next door and a bakery and co-op supermarket not too far away. We went to a nice restaurant near the local boat stop (blue tables) and found a good value Pizzeria near the cinema all in the vicinity. Basically everything gets incrementally more expensive the more you walk into the centre and so we found it better to eat local to the apartment for both price and quality/ quantity.
All in all we were glad we chose this apartment principally for its location and its value for money.
