is an elegantly furnished apartment in a restored building. Located in a very quiet tourist area Campo Sant' Angelo, only steps away from many tourist attractions. Campo views from the living room and all bedrooms. Two bedrooms, one double and another with 2 single beds. A nice size sitting room with a double sofa bed, living room, 1 bathroom with a bathtub and 2 basins. The kitchen is small but fully equipped. It can accommodates up 7 people.
The apartment is located in one of the most central and lively campo of Venice, campo Sant' Angelo. Meeting point of all Venetian's youth this area allows you to share the citizens real life. The location of the apartment is very central with only 2 minutes of walk you will enjoy S.Marco square, and all around the rich stores, restaurants and gondolas that will make you discover all Venice.

Michael says: "Location was fantastic, not far from St Marks square, the price was good, a lot cheaper than a hotel.
Overall the property was clean. The only moan would be, the bed in the main room, smelt, this I can only pressume was due to the fact there was only 1 fan between all of the rooms, the bed pressumibly had been sweated on due to the heat and not cleaned.
The appartment is located above a restaurant which is open until about 2am most nights, there is a couple of restaurants on the square, this can be very noisy with the music laid on by the restaurant directly below. So not recommended if you want peace and quiet.
My only real complaint would be, I had to do all the chasing as I felt the arrival instructions were not clear, so I asked for a detailed map, we got written instructions which we already had!
I called prior to leaving and was advised dont worry we would be met at the time of arrival at the main vaporetto stop for the area where we were staying, great!! we were about 1 hour late so I called and spoke again while over in venice, I was then told in broken english, the lady was not available & then where to find the property and there was no mention of meeting us off the boat.
After about another 30 minutes in the heat we found the property and was then given instructions how to get the key (after another call). NO ONE EVER MET US.
On day 3 someone had visited the propery while we were out, this was without letting us know. The only reason we knew someone had been as the curtain pole had come off the wall (this was about the 2nd thing we done when arrived, tried to open the curtains), the curtain had been laid on the table, this is something we did not do, I just thought a call would have been nice as there was a working phone (which we did not use).
Overall, if you are looking for cheap, clean accomodation and close to most things, rent this property, if you are looking for comfort, peace & quiet and good communication then dont.
I would rent this again due to price and location, however only if communication was 100% better."
