The Almanzora is without exception the warmest and driest place to be in Europe in the winter. In summer it is hot and dry inland but cooler on the coast at Villaricos, whilst Desert Springs, up on the plateau above the Almanzora, is cooled by pleasant sea breezes.

This luxurious golf townhouse has air-conditioning, heating and ceiling fans throughout. It is furnished to a high standard and equipped with modern appliances.

The bright and airy living/dining room contains 2 comfortable sofas, Cable TV, DVD and CD player and has internet should you wish to connect using wireless lan. The dining area has a table with 6 chairs. The property is light and airy and tastly decorated, incorporating soft, modern colours with contrasting art-nouveau prints on the walls. The room has a wonderful view of the swimming pool and patio doors lead to a terrace with a barbecue. The terrace has patio furniture offering alfresco dining for 4.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen. Appliances include a fitted oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster and kettle and a washing machine.

There are two bedrooms which comprise one double and one twin, comfortably sleeping four adults (4 max.). All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and in addition have bedside tables. The master double bedroom (with king-size bed which can be made into two single beds) has an en-suite bathroom including a bath and separate shower cubicle, a bidet, washbasin and wc. There is also a fully tiled main bathroom including a shower, wc, washbasin and bidet and on the ground floor you will find a separate cloakroom.

The property also has a sliding roof leading to a 1st floor private roof solarium. The solarium has breathtaking panoramic views of the golf course with the mountains in the background.  

The property overlooks the communal pool, the driving range and putting green of the Indiana championship golf course at Desert Springs. It has its own patio, perfect for lazy lunches and early evening cocktails and is immediately adjacent to a communal pool and children’s pool that exclusively serve the La Fuente cluster of townhouses. This lovely townhouse has air-conditioning/heating and ceiling fans throughout. The roof solarium is the ideal spot to catch the last rays of the warm evening sun. It is furnished to a high standard and is the ideal destination for a memorable golfing break and/or a relaxing vacation.

The house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

The house has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The house is right beside swimming, cycling, mountain biking, golf, tennis, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the house you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, fishing, flying, a sports center, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark.

Within easy reach of the house you will find horse riding, historic sites.

Water Park within 15 min. drive. Also Fort Bravo Theme Park where spaghetti westerns were filmed.
