If you are looking for a beach holiday, this is a townhouse in a mature front line development In front of the property across the service road is a lagoon nature reserve which is now a designated EC site, and within a 100 metre stroll is the massive expanse of sandy beach which extends for many miles in both directions.. You can walk all along the seafront with its choice of restaurants, bars and cafes to the port and fishing town of Garrucha which is only a 15-20 minute stroll. The excellent Vera waterpark is only a 5 minute drive away. The only close road is the service road for the houses and restaurants and beach access.
The property is a two bedroom town house with a main upstairs bathroom and a dowstairs cloakrom with shower. It has good sized living / dining room which can offer occassional accommodation for an extra 2 people and a fitted kitchen with fridge, cooker and microwave.
