It is also within a short drive of the more “lively” tourist resorts of Mojacar and Garrucha in one of the sunniest regions of Spain!

The Apartment is in the centre of this peaceful village, close to local amenities and two small supermarkets. The sea front promenade is 100 metres from the front door. There are a number of local bars and restaurants.
For livelier nightlife, Garrucha (9km), Mojacar Playa (14km) and Vera (5km) are a short drive away.
Many of Almeria’s beaches have been awarded EC “blue flags” for cleanliness. Villaricos has two marinas and two main beaches; the best of which is just a few minutes walk at the southern edge of the village. 

The Apartment is tastefully furnished and well equipped. The lounge area has ceiling fans, colour TV, video and CD music system.
There is an outside covered terrace, leading through a gate onto the pool area and sun terrace. There are additional sun terraces around the roof area with sea views.
There are two bathrooms (one en-suite shower, one bath with shower) and two bedrooms (one double, one twin) with ceiling fans.

 

This well appointed ground floor Apartment is within a small privately owned development in the heart of Villaricos. The complex benefits from two pools (one for children) and large roof terraces with sea views. The complex has security controlled access. There is car parking at the front and rear of the complex. Cot hire can be arranged, and a welcome food pack can be pre-ordered for guests arriving late, both payable locally.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
