This three bedroom, three and a half bath, newly constructed villa (each bedroom has its own bath and private sea-view terrace) offers air conditioning , a fully stocked stainless steel kitchen, including dishwasher and in-refrigerator ice maker. The living room opens to another Caribbean ocean view terrace, complete with a built in dining area, which is perfect for romantic meals. The villa features satellite TV and wireless internet. Fully furnished with all linens. Just bring bathing suits to enjoy the pristine beaches.

 

Amarilla Villa is Located on the Puerto Rican Caribbean island of Vieques - just a 15min flight from San Juan or a 2 hour trip by car and ferry across a peaceful and gorgeous Caribbean bay. Vieques features a 100 acre ecological preserve filled with dozens of hidden beaches opening to calm crystal clear water plus a rare bio luminescent bay. Our homes are on a breeze filled hill with views of Puerto Rico and St. Thomas just a 5 minute drive from excellent restaurants and all needed facilities. The island has escaped touristic development, leaving you pure Caribbean tranquility at the lowest prices in the region.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

there are no steps between the parking and the house and there is a bedroom and bath on the entrance level. 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a north facing garden, a north facing patio area, a north facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside walking, cycling.
