This beautiful villa, features on the ground floor, a hall, 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 1 wc, a living / dining room with television, bar, fireplace, sofa bed and a completely equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Washer, coffemaker, toaster, cook ware and cooking utensils.


On the first floor there are 2 twin bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a terrace.










 

Maid service is provided twice a week, with towels and bed linen changed once a week.  

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Shelley says: "This property was very spacious and had all the facilities we needed for an excellent stay. The kitchen appliances are a bit dated but in good working order. The outside facilities in the property ie:patio area, barbecue, pool and loungers were fantastic. The property is well located for easy access to the Marina and surrounding area. The "road train" goes by the villa every half hour or so and taxis are cheap and plentiful. A car is not necessary unless you plan to travel to other parts of Portugal for the beaches or sightseeing. we were really happy with this villa and are enquiring about booking for next summer already. "
