On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious lounge/dinning area, shower room and fitted kitchen complete with a range of white units, built-in electric oven, gas hob, extractor, washing machine and dishwasher, as well as covered parking for one vehicle.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the lounge. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Daniel says: "The air conditioned villa was lovely just as expected. Set in a secure location with easy access to local shops with several good, and one excellent restaurant witin five mins walking distance. Set within easy access to all main routes just 30 minutes from Lagos and 10 minutes from Villamoura marinas, 5 from Albuferra. The nearest beach is 15 minutes walk away in all honesty but well worth it as its beautiful, protected by life guards and has a good cafe on the waterfront, so you can spend the day there with ease. Oh go stroll on the beach in the moon light if you get the chance my wife and i did, just simply magical. The decor is lovely, rustic and well maintained with an entertainment system that quite simply rocks!! The kitchen was a home from home no problems there what so ever and the private garden is secure and well maintained. Access to the loft bedroom is somewhat precarious via very steep wooden stairs and unsuitable for children or the elderly. Bear in mind the stairs to the first floor are beautiful white marble which our small children 4.5 and 2.5 needed to be supervised using until comfortable. Did i mention the private heated pool, well its set a minutes stroll at the end of the 14 villa complex, secluded and also well looked after and great for kids. As seasoned travellers myself a former Pilot, i would not hesitate to recommend this lovely holiday villa to anyone who was looking for a totally secure, stress free, sophisticated, comfortable, spotlessly clean, lovely and simply beautiful brand new villa set in a calm and relaxing location.
