Hi, This is Emma & Gary and welcome to our apartment in Oroklini.
It was whilst on holiday in 2005 that we fell in love with the island and its people, throw in 340 days of sunshine, blue flag beaches, fab food, attractions for everyone, and for us, paradise was found. We both knew we wanted a home here.

We bought our apartment in Oroklinin Hills 5 in late 2005 for many reasons, it's fantastic sea views from the larger than average enclosed patio, it's ground floor location providing easy access to the L-shaped pool and jacuzzi areas.

The apartment itself is in a quiet area, within a few minutes walk you will find shops and restuarants, the blue flag beaches is approx 5 minutes drive from the apartment and there is a good bus service to the larger towns such as Larnaca.  

The apartment is brand new and furnished to a high standard, air conditioning (which doubles as a heater) with remote control is installed for your useage. You can sit on the comfortable 3 piece suite to watch TV or alternatively watch a DVD (cheap rental is available in town).

There is a fully fitted kitchen with all electric appliances and utensils, and a family of four can comfortably fit around the kitchen table.

The apartment will comfortably sleep 4, 2 single beds in the bedroom and a double convertible sofa in the lounge, there is also a high chair and travel cot provided (linen not inc.)  

We chose this Apartment to be our escape from the hustle of the real world, it set away from the main road, so there is little noise. The sun shines virtually all year round. The bedroom and lounge have fantastic views of the village and sea, and with the enclosed large patio you can take advantage of the furniture to either relax the day away or dine watching the sun set overhead. 

The complex further benefits from jacuzzi, enclosed poolside shower and WC facilities. Ample sunloungers and umbrellas are provided.

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking apartment

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views.

The apartment is right beside swimming, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find boat hire, a themepark.
