This double- storey 3-bedroomed townhouse is one of three within a complex. So close to the beach to feel the pulse and energy of the popular busy summer activities, yet far enough to enjoy a lazy read and watch the mountain and sunset over the balcony.
The ground floor is the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom en suite with a shower,
w/c and basin. It has a queen sized bed and built-in wardrobes. The second is a double bedroom and the twin bedded bedroom all with enough storage. The two bedroom share a bathroom with bath, w/c and basin. All linen and towels are provided and changed weekly.
The living rooms at the top have beautiful seaviews and Table Mountain. The kitchen has the fridge, stoves , microwave, kettle, coffee percolator and a dishwasher. The dining room seat 6 opening into the balcony with mountain and sea views and the Lounge has the the TV and music system. There is also a guest w/c.
It is a stroll away from the many licensed pubs and restaurants, entertainment, shopping centres, and sporting facilities. It is surrounded by a large variety of golf courses offering visitors a selection of excellent courses in majestic settings and rated as some of the best in South Africa. Still within easy driving distance of the city centre and its attractions.
