The house on the hill is our home and we are sharing this wonderful location.
We can offer three, 3 bedroom detached new luxury wooden lodges that can sleep 6 people.
Each lodge has its own area of our pine wood and has views over orange groves towards the monumental town of Xativa.
We are within walking distance of a village with shops and bars.(10 minutes)
Evening meals are available delivered to your lodge.

Just sit back and relax or visit local towns and villages, an opportunity to find the real Spain.
 

We have a pool with outside kitchen and bar area. There is your own lounger and a supply of pool towels available. There are mountain bikes available for use. We are on site and in the summer can arrange barbeques and can now offer an evening menu delivered to your lodge.
We are within walking distance of the village llocnou d’en Fenollet which has shops and bars. After 4 years we are still discovering idyllic villages and restaurants and can always give advice.

In the summer we can arrange BBQ´s, Paella´s and entertainment - celebrate a special occasion with us!

We have english satelite tv BBC, ITV Movies and Childrens channels as well as spanish TV.

Valencia is a region of fiesta, come in March for the Fallas in Xativa and Valencia, then in August for the Fiera in Xativa a huge market which has held been in the town since the 12th Century.

For August 2008 the first Gran Prix in Valencia, which is a street circuit in the style of Monaco.
 

Xativa the monumental town is 3km away, with its historic castle and old town. We have an historic guide available for tours to make the towns past come alive. There is great shopping and restaurants and bars to suit all tastes. There are good walking and hiking paths and guided walks are available. The local beaches are 40mins away and are blue flag and not crowded even in season.
Valencia is and easy train or car journey and a must see, there is the city shops and architecture, the largest aquarium in Europe, the americas cup port for a sunset catamaran cruise along the coast. For football fans tickets are available for Valencia FC a visit to A Spanish stadium is an experience for football lovers.
A car is essential for this holiday.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 2 cots. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a summer house, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, mountain biking.

Close to the villa you will find climbing, horse riding, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, a zoo.

Paul says: "This was our first family holiday to mainland Spain and it did not disappoint. We were met by the owner Colin in the nearest main town of Xativa, and took the 10 minute drive to the House on the Hill. Slightly off the beaten track, the accomodation nestles amongst the orange groves. The pine cabins are very well appointed, with a shared pool nearby where you can relax, and meet up with fellow guests. We recommend taking the bikes out for excursions around the lanes between the orange groves. There are fantastic beaches about 45 minutes away which you get to by taking the winding roads over the hills from where you take in fantastic views. In summary, excellent accomodation in a superb location run by very welcoming and helpful hosts. The only slightly negative thing we can think of is that we didn't get out as much as we thought we would because it was too easy to just relax by the pool!"
