This is a new detached Villa on a complex of just 7 with a shared swimming pool. There is a large terrace and large balcony, both with dual aspects so you can either sunbathe or relax in the shade.

The complex is in a very quiet area and only 200 - 250 metres to the beach and nearest restaurants.

The Villa is fully furnished and equipped, including bed linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels), having three bedrooms, two with double beds and the third a single bed with a second pullout mattress. All bedrooms have doors onto the balcony. The shower/bathroom is upstairs.
Downstairs is open plan with a dining area, sitting area and kitchen area. There is also a cloakroom downstairs.

Equipment as follows: Dishwasher, cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board with iron, hairdryer, kettle, are all there for your use together with outside table and chairs.

There are ceiling fans in all rooms, should
you need them.

Yalikavak impresses with its combination of alluring traditional charm and a sense of recognition of the importance of contemporary comforts desired by today's discerning visitor. This is what makes Yalikavak attractive to those who care for both, the old and the new.

The town is neat and tidy, and many aging buildings have undergone sensitive restoration and conversion to modern use, one being an old water cistern converted to a gallery displaying the works of well-known local and national painters. Another is a disused olive oil processing plant which has been refurbished and turned into an attractive souvenir shop.

There are numerous restaurants to tempt you and plenty of small shops to cater for your needs including a reasonble size supermarket. The New Marina developement also houses some interesting shops, cafes and restaurants as well as being a haven for small yachts. It is an ideal place for families and couples who are seeking a holiday in a safe, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. It is home to fisherman and sponge divers .
Yalikavak has several small beaches stretching out from the centre of the village where you can swim in the clear water or soak up the sun on the free sunbeds.
The Harbour has a collection of waterside cafes and restaurants , the food is good and ranges from traditional Turkish, fresh seafood to fish fingers for the kids.
Thursday is Market day in Yalikavak. You can buy fresh fruit & veg as well as hand crafted fabrics and carpets, including fake "designer wear". Markets are also held in Bodrum and Turgutreis.
There is a good selection of small shops and supermarkets in Yali. If you a looking for a bigger supermarket, a 10 - 15 minute drive away, in Ortakent, you will find a Kipa Hypermarket (owned by Tesco and only opened in 2005). Also in Ortakent can be found a Water Park , not as large as those found in Spain , but still a fun day out particularly for the kids.
Daily boat excursions on traditional wooden gulets leave Yali Harbour for a variety of destinations. Fishing trips are also available.
The busy cosmopolitan town of Bodrum is just 15 kilometres away and public transport runs regularly between the two. If its nightlife you are looking for then Bodrum has plenty of it.

 

Various activities are available on the Peninsula, Scuba Diving, Snorkelling, Swimming, Horse Riding, Water theme park, Museums, Ancient Monuments, Shopping, Fishing, Boat Hire & trips, etc.
Yalikavak Market in on a Thursday but if you miss that there are plenty of others, Bodrum Tuesday and Friday, Turgretries Saturday, Gumbet Sunday, all within easy reach.

Yalikavak has its on travel agent from whom you can book excursions.

Only 45 minutes from Bodrum airport, 20 minutes from Bodrum Town and within 30 minutes from most places on the Peninsula, Yalikavak is well situated. Local buses run to most places. The Greek Island of Kos is just a 20 minute ferry ride from Bodrum

Airport transfers can be arranged as can Car Hire.
Local transport (Dolmus) will take you anywhere on the Peninsula.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding, a sports center, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find mountain biking, golf, historic sites, a museum, a themepark.
