Property management will ensure that all b ed linen and towels are changed weekly and the property is thoroughly cleaned at each change over. Cots and high chairs are available please request them at the time of booking.

 

These luxury villas are furnished to a high standard and air-conditioned throughout they offer on the ground floor a large comfortable lounge with dinning area. The open kitchen has a full range of modern appliances from which a door leads onto the side terrace which is equipped for alfresco dinning. On the first floor there is the master en-suite bedroom with private balcony which overlooks the pool area, a further two twin bedrooms which have private balcony with spectacular views, there is also a spacious family bathroom, on the ground floor you will find a twin bedroom which has a wonderful terrace area, also there is additional full family bathroom.
Double doors lead from the lounge onto a wonderful spacious terrace where beyond flowers and shrubs add colour to the secure spacious garden area which surrounds the wonderful private pool, equipped with sun beds, patio furniture and a host of luxury features to ensure your stay is both a pleasant one and indeed a comfortable one. The accommodation is ideal for families and couples alike it is less than ten minutes drive to many wonderful restaurants, beaches and bays on the way you can take in the spectacular scenery of the North Bodrum Peninsula.  

Yalikavak is surrounded by some of the most spectacular scenery of the Bodrum Peninsula. The relaxed atmosphere makes it the perfect resort for t hose who want to experience the real Turkey, providing simple, authentic local life at low prices. Home to fishermen and sponge divers and a haven for yachts, the small habour is lined with traditional Turkish restaurants. The charming village square i s a popular meeting place with its many authentic coffee houses and its here along one of the cobbled streets where you can do a spot of shopping. There are lovely beaches and bays that have beautiful safe clear waters. There are many shops in the traffic free centre and every week the town hosts one of the biggest fruit, vegetable and clothing markets on the Bodrum peninsular. The traffic free sea front walk way which stretches from the secluded beaches at the north end of the bay right though the village to the new marina at the south side of the bay is wonderful for families and couples alike to explore the area in safety. 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 3 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 5 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. shaun says: "on arrival we were very impressed with the standard and size of the property the next day when we had chance to look around the complex we were very pleasently suprised at how lovely it was . The gardens are kept to a very high standard which complements the villa the only criticism i would make is that you do ned a car or taxi to visit the beach or town (at a cost of approx £4 )as it is just to far to walk in the heat ,that aside this is an ideal spot to have that relaxing holiday. The staff are incredabley helpfull as are all the turkish people "

The complex now has its own mini bus that provides a regular service to the local resorts of Yalikavak and Gumusluk, the local council have now also provided a Dolmus bus service which passes immediately outside the complex.
