This lovely rural villa was built for relaxation in mind, because of this, although it could sleep up to 12, we prefer to have just 10 guests to enjoy this quiet, unspoilt environment.The area is excellent for people who enjoy nature,fishing and walking and who want a holiday villa, but do not want to be right in the big resorts. Actually you will have the best of both worlds as you will be only 60 minutes drive away from Bourgas airport and the sandy beaches but will then be able to retire back to your villa in a traditional village away from the noise and holidaymakers, and if you want, you could head for the mountains or take a day trip to Turkey or Greece.

This is an enormous pool with full filtration system and underwater lighting for those late night parties,and with 9.5m x 5m with a depth to 1.8m there is plenty of room for all, their is seating and sunbeds for upto 16 people, and 3 well positioned table and chairs, throughout the gardens.

A large selection of DVD's, playstation, with again, a large selection of games, musical instruments, CD / MP3 player, Mountain bikes and badminton rackets and there is a football also available, there are also the many pool toys at your disposable. NEW FOR 2007!!! All rooms have fly screens and there are fans in all the bedrooms, and the gardens have just been extended with an added acre of plum tree orchard to stroll through.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 2 single. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the 1 in the main lounge, and one in the taverna on the top floor.. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find fishing, horse riding, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find boat hire, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema.
