Orchard Villa is a luxurious holiday home, our neighbours are all Bulgarian and generally farming families who go to bed early and get up early. Please keep this in mind during your stay!

The villa has a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (1 x double, 1 x queen size (not quite a standard double), both with mosquito nets. A small balcony between the two upstairs bedrooms is a sun trap and has beautiful views over the surrounding countryside.

Wetroom is on upstairs landing, and immersion heater switch is just outside the wet room door.


 

Downstairs there is a large lounge with woodburner and there are a number of climate control units both upstairs & down.
There is also a kitchen/diner with table plus 6 chairs and also a twin bedroom. Satellite TV and a radio are available for your use.
Linen is provided, but please supply your own towels. All electricity is included in holiday rentals (electricity is an extra for long term lets), and villa has climate control units in most rooms.
There are a number of shops in the village within easy walking distance, where you can buy most of the day to day items that you will need. There is also a restaurant, nice but very basic ie no menus, only the dish of the day! There is also a bar & disco which doesn't seem to keep any kind of standard hours that we can work out!

 

All windows and doors are fitted with fly screens, and the house is fully double glazed.We have a huge garden

All beds have duvets and House will be ready for your use on your arrival, with a few staple items to get you started ie tea, coffee, milk, biscuits.

We have a Property Management Service who will 'meet and greet' you either at the airport or at Orchard Villa. They are on hand during your stay to help with any problems or enquiries.


 

We provide linen but please bring your own towels. Kids 'splasher' pool in garden in summer months (May to September)

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 5 people.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

Please keep cats or dogs off the furniture & beds.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a south facing garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking.

The villa is right beside walking.

Close to the villa you will find fishing, a museum, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find skiing/snowboarding, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas.
