The Villa is new for summer 2006, located in the Oasis Village complex in the Village of Yaniklar near Fethiye. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 double and 1 twin - all of the bedrooms have access to their own terrace equipped with table and chairs. The air conditioning is brilliant and ensures that the house can be kept cool and you can sleep in comfort no matter what the outside temperature. The house is fully equipped with all home comforts both inside and out so you can choose to dine inside or outside on the terrace. The private pool is 8 metres by 12 metres. 

Oasis Village is a new complex for 2006 comprising both villas and appartments. Much of it is British owned. The resort itself is well equipped with a tennis court, rooftop restaurant that we can personally vouch for and a fully equipped indoor pool, sauna and gym all free for use of anyone staying in Oasis Village. 

Within 15 minutes walk of Oasis Village there is the beach at Yaniklar which offers sunbathing and watersports. The bustling harbour of Fethiye is 15 minutes by car from Oasis. Taxis can be arranged or you get the dolmus. Fethiye has lots of restaurants to choose from catering for every taste and an evening meal with wine will seldom cost more than £10. 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the living room. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, tennis, a sports center, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find horse riding, scuba diving.

Olu Deniz, Kayakoy deserted village, Saklikent valley and canyon and The Butterfly valley.

Great for relaxing!The staff & on site driver was very good but would definitely recommend car hire although there is the public dolmus (local minibus) just a short walk from the complex. Will definitely look to go back! "
