This villa is located directly beside The Balkony Hotel which is renowned for it's food and hospitality and terraces which overlook the Ionian sea. It is only 5 minutes walk to the blue flag beach of Tsilivi. The resort which contains a variety of bars and restaurants is only another 10 minutes walk. The views from the terraces of this villa have to be seen to be appreciated.

kelly says: "My dad and step mum brang me to sunset villa in august 2007. it has an excellent view from each balcony and is great setting.
The beach is just down the hill or steps next to the hotel to the villas left on the hill. Town is not too far away fifteen minute walk which you hardly notice as you enjoy the scenery.
Making your way back is reasonanbly cheap.
Throughally enjoyed this holiday thinking about coming back with my boyfriend 2008. "
